COACHING
The success of Seacoast Cal Ripken Baseball is dependent on our parent volunteer coaches. Ideally we look to provide one (1) Head Coach and two (2) Assistant Coaches per team. No experience is needed, as we will provide you with all the tools necessary to help guide our young players. Above all else - ENTHUSIASM - is all a good coach needs to be productive. If interested, please indicate so when the registration asks. We value our coaches highly and are grateful year in and year out for their time and dedication. Thank you in advance!
TEAM LIAISON
Each team will be assigned a Team Liaison or Team Parent. They will act as an avenue of communication between the coach, parents, and coordinators. This will allow the coach to concentrate on coaching the players and team development.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Attend the Team Liaison meeting.

Work with the coach to determine his/her needs for the team and communicate those needs to the parents and/or coordinators when necessary.

Create and distribute a team roster w/ parents’ names, emails, and phone numbers.

Distribute uniforms to players.

Schedule team parents for the HYA Snack Shack.

Help coordinate picture day.
